What I built
A Flutter customer app on a Laravel backend with Firebase for real-time updates and messaging — booking, scheduling, and order tracking for on-demand laundry.
Outcome
The app reached 5,000 daily active users, and push campaigns drove 45% of orders — a reminder that retention and re-engagement are as much product work as acquisition.
